target reached

I weigh once a day, first thing in the morning. I use a spreadsheet to track not only the daily weight, but also the five-day average, which generally gives a better picture of where I stand than the single daily number does. The goal I achieved today was the loss of another 5% of the weight I started with (probably not the best way to phrase it but so it goes). The first five percent took about two weeks. The second five percent took 4.5 months. Reaching the third marker took another 2.5 months.
