Essentially the same weight for the last five weeks. Going to have to change something, surprise it back into reacting. Going back to logging all my foods is one option. Doing a little iron work after Tang Soo Do is another. Going all-out at the sushi bar certainly doesn't help the process -- must learn restraint!

No loss is better than a gain! But it does sound like you need a jump start. Sometimes changing up your exercise routine helps. Try something new. Or some interval training. :)
I second Karen's comment. No loss is better then a gain but a loss would be nice so shocking may be in order for the old body. So go out and shock it ... or somebody if the weather permits...
I couldn't live without my food journal, it keeps me on the straight and narrow. Take care and I hope you have a wonderful week!
I've been frustrated with plateaus, too. Hang in there. Making healthy choices, we'll get there.
